Time zones

A schedule keeps the time zone it was made in, so a flight doesn't silently move your doses.

New time zone

When the iPhone's time zone changes, Capsula shows how far the clock moved and asks how to keep each medicine, all at once or one by one:

• By local time: the dose follows the local clock, 8:00 stays 8:00 wherever you are.
• As at home: the dose keeps the home clock, every 24 hours. Capsula shows what time that is locally, since it may be the middle of the night.

Medicines whose timing matters, for example by the hour, are usually kept as at home. Ask your doctor if unsure.

The journal groups doses by the days of where you are now.
